This collection is disapproved for failure to comply with previous terms of clearance. Abstract:
This form is used by BXA seminar instructors at seminar programs throughout the year. Seminar participants are asked to fill out the evaluation form during the program and turn it in at the end of the program. The responses to these questions provide useful and practical information that BXA can use to determine that it is providing a quality program and give BXA information useful to making recommended improvements. It also shows attendees to BXA cares about their training experience and values their viewpoint.
