Contractors report planned & incurred costs on the 533M & Q, providing data essential for projecting costs/hours to ensure dollar/labor resources realistically support schedules, comparing actual costs to negotiated values, planning, monitoring and controlling project/program resources, accruing costs in the accounts (creating liabilities reflected in audited financial statements).
