When EPA resubmits this ICR for renewal the agency should revisit the estimate of the number of respondents to ensure that it is consistent with EPA's experience. Abstract:
This information collection request is used to monitor the compliance with 40 CFR part 60, Subpart EE. Affected facilities will report start up, initial performance test, and retest information. Facilities will also report on a regular basis emission exceedences, changes to equipment, and other require- ments.
