Abstract:
This report is necessary for the Martime Administration to fulfill its responsibilities under PR17, 73rd Congress, and 46 App. U.S.C. 1241 for the control and surveillance of ocean shipments moving under Cargo Preference Laws, and to ensure compliance and equitable distribution of shipments between U.S. flag and foreign ships.
