Terms of Clearance:
Approved for 2 years. The reduction in burden is due to an adjustment, particularly under the management of change provision to more accurately reflect the time required for small and mid- size firms. In the future, OSHA should take great care to ensure that all burden estimates are correctly characterized. OSHA is strongly encouraged to review this standard for opportunities to reduce the actual burden imposed on the regulated community. OSHA shall report to OMB on this effort upon resubmission.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
