Abstract:
Owners of operators of printing, coating, and dyeing of fabrics and other textiles plants must submit notifications and reports and maintain records required by the bbbb by the General Provisions (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart A). Records are also re- quired of information needed to determine compliance with the applicable emission limits.
