Abstract:
In compliance with the 10/30/97 revised OMB race and ethnicity standards, the proposed form is intended to establish the standard to be used by all HUD program offices when collecting information concerning the race and ethnicity of the populations intended to benefit from HUD funding as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
