This collection of information is reqired by 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(2)(D) administered through 37 CFR 10.5-10.19, and is being submitted in conjuction with a notice of proposed rulemaking, "Changes to Representation of Other Before the United States Patent and Trade mark Office" (RIN 0651-AB55). Applicants use this collection to apply for the examination for registration and to demonstrate their eligibility to be a registered attorney or agent before the USPTO.
