Abstract:
This collection is required to ensure that certain vessels are not loaded deeper than appropriate for safety. Certain vessels engaged in commerce on international or coastwise voyages by sea are required to obtain a Load Line Certificate. In addition, this collection incorporates the Great Lakes load lines requirements.
