Abstract:
33 USC 401,491-535 authorize Commandant to determine bridge is unreasonable obstruction to navigation under the T-H Act and can require plans and specifications from bridge owner (private/ government) consistent with 5 CFR 1320.6 to apportion costs between U.S. and bridge owner and use as starting point for bridge alteration project.
