Terms of Clearance: Approved as revised by the final rule published March 29, 2000. The final rule revised some of the information collection sections from the proposed rule. The previous terms of clearance for this collection stated that "this rule must be resubmitted for OMB approval if any of the information collections in the` proposed rule change in the final rule." It does not appear that the collection was resubmitted with the changes in the final rule, in violation of the terms of clearance. HUD shall list this in the next ICB as an "other" violation.
