Terms of Clearance: Approved for one year while ACF explores regulatory changes suggested by outside groups. While an NPRM may not be published prior to the expiration date of this clearance, ACF must update OMB on progress and provide a timeline for regulatory reform on this program prior to getting a longer clearance on this collection. At that time, ACF shall review the burden estimates to determine if commenters' contentions that the burden estimates are too low are, indeed, valid.
