Terms of Clearance: Approved. Upon resubmission, DHS will report on the number of ports of entry that have FAST capabilities (north and southern borders), the frequency of use at each border for each of the PORTPASS programs, and the results of the southern FAST program in its first months of operation. Further, DHS will provide a timeframe for the consolidation of the I-823 and 823F, and explore options for consolidating the southern and northern border PORTPASS forms. DHS shall also ensure that this form contains the expiration date of 2/2004.
