Abstract:
Form 40-F is filed by Canadian issuers of securities to satisfy their annual reporting obligations pursuant to Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Act) and specifies the information to be disclosed by certain Canadian issuers in annual reports of companies with securities registered under Sections 12 of the Act to enable investors to make informed investment decisions.
