Terms of Clearance:
TSA submitted supplemental justification on August 27, 2003 responding to questions/concerns raised by OMB. TSA agrees to remove the question about public confidence from the CSI-A calculations (index scoring), although it may continue to include the question on the survey and consider its importance internally. TSA also agrees to move forward with a single set of focus groups only, as proposed in the supplemental justification. TSA would not disseminate the focus groups results themselves but rather use the single set of groups to better understand the drivers of both customer satisfaction and public confidence to aid in survey design.
