Abstract:
In RM02-16-000, FERC is revising its regulations concerning the hydroelectric license process under the Federal Power Act. These revisions create a new licensing process in which a poten- tial license applicant's pre-filing consultation and the FERC's scoping procedures in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) would be conducted concurrently.
