Sponsorship for refugees. This data describe refugee applicants' personal characteristics and are needed to match the refugee with a sponsoring voluntary agency to ensure initial reception and placement in the U.S., as required by 8USC 1522 (b) and regulations promulgated thereunder.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
