Abstract:
Entitlement grantees are required to maintain records on the use of CDBG funds. Entitlement grantees are required to establish definitions and maintain records of slums or blighted areas. Grantees will be required to revisit the slum or blighted designa tion evey five years and maintain documentation to verify continued qualification.
