Abstract:
This data is necessary to establish the applicant's citizenship and identity and for Passport Services to determine entitlement to the issuance of a US passport. The information solicited is used in administering responsibilities of the Department under 8 USC 1401, 22 USC 211a-217a, EO 11295, 26 USC 6039E, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
