Abstract:
This collection is a notice requirement contained in a draft guidance (published for comment at 68FR47954) that would require national banks to develop prograams to respond to incidents of unauthorized access to customer information, including procedures for notifying customers under certain circumstances. This is a joint OCC, FRB, FDIC, OTS action.
