Cleared as per revised 83i submitted via email on 2/9/04, which included revised expiration date request and burden amounts. Clearance is granted for one year so that HUD can work to combine the information collections from "Application for FHA Insurance" (2502-0059) and "Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Insurance (HECM)" (2502-0524) with this collection (2502-0554), resulting in one collection. Furthermore, this collection has been operating in violation of EO 12866, and therefore must be reported as such in the FY 2005 Information Collection Budget (ICB).
