Abstract:
Respondents are Native American Tribes or individuals who request residential and business leases on trust and restricted land. No specific form is used but respondents supply infor- mation & data so that the Secretary may make an evaluation & determination in accordance with established Federal factors, rules and policies. This collection is tied to the proposed regulations for Subpart C, Residential Leases, and Subpart D, Business Lease, that will provide regulatory guidance for sub- mitting applications for individual Indian and tribal residential and business leases on trust and restricted land.
