Abstract:
The information collected by form SSA-760-F4 is used to determine whether a deceased worker provided one-half support required by entitlement to parent's or spouse's Social Security benefits. The information will also be used to determine whether the Government pension offset (GPO) would apply to the applicant's benefits payments. The respondents are parents of deceased workers or spouses who may be subject to GPO.
