Terms of Clearance:
Approved with changes to form to ensure consistency with fee rule. Upon resubmission, DHS will provide timeframes for the implementation of alternative fee remittance systems, including but not limited to: Department of State collection of the fee, wire transfer of the fee. DHS will continue to explore other mechanisms for fee collection and implement additional options, as appropriate.

Abstract:
This form is used by nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors to submit the fee authorized by Pub.L. 104-208, Subtitle D, Section 641. Additionally, this information is required to send receipt to the student or exchange visitor upon payment and to positively identify that a particular student or exchange visitor has paid the fee.
