Terms of Clearance:
The generic clearance for customer service surveys is approved on the following conditions: (1) HUD will send a copy of each colle ction to OMB for a ten business-day review before initiating each project; (2) collections under this generic clearance will not s upplement regular approved collections of other than customer-sat isfaction data; (3) to the extent practicable, surveys approved u nder this package will collect statistically valid information; ( 4) if burden exceeds the amount approved, HUD shall submit a revi sed paperwork package through the normal PRA clearance process.
