Abstract:
Form 20-F is filed by foreign private issuers of securities to satisfy their annual report obligations pursuant to Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act of 1934 (Act) and specifies the information to be disclosed by foreign private issuers in annual reports of companies with securities registered under Section 12 of the Act to enable investors to make informed investment decisions.
