Abstract:
Information collection is necessary to enable the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBanks) and, where appropriate, the Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) to determine whether a respondent satisfies the statutory and regulatory requirements for capital stock purchase requirements for membership in a FHLBank. Rspondents include financial institutions that are eligible for FHLBank membership, and members that utilize FHLBank products and services, such as FHLBank Advances.
