Abstract:
The proposed surveys will evaluate user satisfaction with the content and usefulness of web-based delivery methods of the HUD USER website, www.huduser.org. The first survey will be administered to the members of the HUD USER listserv. This survey will provide quantitative information on HUD USER website satisfaction and usefulness as well as any new products or services needed by the main users of the website.
