Abstract:
This data collection is necessary for the administration of a new observer program for processing vessels in the mothership and ca tcher-processor sectors of the whiting fishery. The collection r elates to the response time for observers that have been issued n otices of suspension or decertification to provide documentary ev idence or to the action.
