Approved consistent with the following terms: as soon as possible but no later than 01/14/05 HRSA will submit a revised version of the collection instrument to OMB which reflects OMB standard format for race and ethnicity data collection. HRSA will also amend and submit, at the same time, a revised public burden statement including the address to which respondents may forward comments regarding the collection.

Abstract:
The Uniform Progress Report (UPR) for HRSA Continuation Training Grants in an annual progress report required from each health professions and nursing education grantees who has an approved, funded project with a project period of more than one year. The report is required to determine the extent to which objectives of the project have been met so that a decision regarding continuation funding can be made.
