Abstract:
Purchasers of HUD REO properties are asked to complete a survey form to express their level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of services received from the Real Estate Broker or Agent, Closing Agent and Management & Marketing Contractor. Real Estate Brokers are also asked to express their level of satisfaction with the Management and Marketing Contractors.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
