As soon as possible but no later than 01/11/05 VA shall provide a revised version of the collection instrument to OMB which either eliminates the requirement for respondents to submit a resume or eliminates the employment history section of the form. 2. In the next sumbmission of this information collection to OMB for review, VA shall provide a status update specifically addressing Agency efforts to provide an online version of the form that respondents can complete and submit online.
