In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, this information collection is approved for a period of one year. Upon resubmission, the agency should update this form to include "sport-pilot" as a category of pilot certification. In addition, the agency should continue to work on providing a web-based entry method for this information. If the electronic method is not complete by the time of resubmission, the agency should provide a status report explaining why the agency has not completed this automation.
