The information obtained in this survey will be used by the Dept. of Labor, other government agencies, academic researcher the news media, and the general public to understand the employ- ment experiences and school-to-work transitions of young men and women born in the years 1980 to 1984.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
