Terms of Clearance: Approved per the following terms of clearance: 1. Items approved under this generic clearance, will be used for qualitative research only and are not, intended to generate quantitative or statistically, generalizable data. 2. NSF shall submit memos for, individual studies including statement of need, intended use, of information, description of respondents, information, collection procedures, incentive justification,, justification for proposed collection methodology, estimated, burden for the requested collection and total number of, hours previously approved under the generic during this, period of clearance, participant screener and survey, instrument. 3. NSF shall compile an annual report on this, generic clearance tracking the number and purpose of, collections approved, the number of burden hours used in, total and per package, and the mechanisms for each, collection e.g. web panel, focus group, etc. 4. OMB will, respond with clearance or questions within 15 working days., 5. Approval must be obtained from OMB prior to the fielding of any items under this generic clearance.
