Abstract:
The information is the minimum needed to implement the Conference Report accompanying the 1997 Omnibus Appropriation Act (P.L. 104- 208) which directs the Forest Service to reinstate an administrative appeals procedure for the Small Business Administration Timber Sale Set-Aside Program.
