Abstract:
The information collection is required by sec. 11 of P.L. 106-404 The information will enable DOE to determine whether the Ombudsmen at DOE's laboratories are properly hearing and helping to resolve complaints from outside organizations. The Ombudsmen are appointed by the laboratory Directors and not senior official of the laboratory who is not involved in day-to-day technology partnerships.
