Terms of Clearance:
This ICR is approved for the sole purpose of allowing States to update their CWNS data for their own purposes between now and the 2008 CWNS, as explained in Sec A.2 of the ICR supporting statement. Prior to conducting the 2008 CWNS EPA must consult with OMB on the design of the CWNS, including any changes to the existing database and appropriate procedures for ensuring that out-of-date information is removed from the database prior to preparing another Report to Congress.
