Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with SAMHSA memo submitted to OMB 11/04/05 clarifying that NOMS data shall be requested from respondents on a voluntary basis throughout the approval period, and providing additional justification for the burden estimate associated with the collection. In this submission SAMHSA has requested approval for a pretest of the N-SSATS in 2007 which is approved at this time, however, prior to fielding the full 2007 and 2008 N- SSATS surveys SAMHSA shall submit a separate request for OMB review and approval.
