Terms of Clearance: This emergency information collection request is approved with the following terms of clearance: (1) OPM agrees to temporarily suspend access to the information update worksheet until a new login process can be developed that does not rely on SSNs. (2) OPM agrees to develop a plan with milestones and timelines for moving away from SSNs as unique identifers. (3) OPM agrees to complete a PIA on the PMF program prior to the next submission of this package for OMB clearance. (4) And, OPM commits to develop future systems/system changes that would streamline the application process for those seeking federal jobs. We appreciate OPM's willingness to work with us on these difficult issues.
