Terms of Clearance:
change in burden hours is due to the solicitation of twice as man many responses as in previous submissions. However, the recorded number of respondents has not changed since the last submission. This collection is approved for the standard three years. The this discrepancy is due to the fact that previous submissions were filed incorrectly; using line 13a for the total number of surveys sent and line 13b for the total number of expected responses is error has been corrected in the current submission. Line 13a reflects the total number of expected responses (30,000) which is half the number of surveys sent out (the FAA projects a response rate of 50 percent).
