Terms of Clearance: This collection of information for this pilot program is approved for six months. The study design is appropriate as a feasibility study to evaluate the utility of a knowledge-based authentication system for monthly wage reporting in the SSI program. However, in describing the data collected and the results of the analysis, SSA will clearly acknowledge the sampling procedures used and indicate that the data does not provide a representative sample of SSI participants.
