Abstract:
With this submission, the Commission requests OMB approval to modify currently approved information collections in FCC Form 175 in order to require affected respondents to update FCC Form 175 in the event that subsequent Commission rule changes become effective while a respondent's FCC Form 175 is pending. The Federal Communications Commission uses information collected in FCC Form 175 in determing whether applicants are legally, technically, and financially qualified to participate in commission auctions for licenses or permits.
