Abstract:
The collection of information is required to ensure compliance with Section 2406(a) of the Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-36), provides that an otherwise dutiable yacht may be imported duty-free if imported with the intention to be sold in the U.S.
