Short Statement:
There is an adjustment increase of 14 hours as a result of changing the methodology to calculate the number of inspections, employers will be requested to provide access to records. Also a 2 hour decrease resulting from fewer employers submitting records to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Costs decreases resulted from a decrease in the cost of a passive dosimeter sample, and fewer records being transmitted to NIOSH.
