Short Statement: The increase of 20,800 was due to a program change which requires Companies to submit Conflict of Interest disclosure information and the 112,264 was due to revisions in the SRA for '05 and subsequent reinsurance years and the omission of the agent and loss adjuster training requirements in the previous submission.
