Short Statement: There is an adjustment reduction of -14,995 hours since the last submission. The reduction is a combined result reflecting a decrease in the initial 300 estimated applications for the new program to the estimated 40 received during the last 3 years. The per response time was also under estimated and the agency has recalculated the per response time from 90 to 325 hours for loan application completion and 8 to 24 hours for preparation of loan documents.
