Short Statement:
The DOL has increased the estimate of the number of conformance reports from 1,500 to 3,006 and the annual burden estimate from 375 hours to 750, which is an of 375 hours. This adjustment has incurred do to an enhanced tracking system that allows the DOL to more accurately track and report data on incoming conformance reports and provide more accurate data than was previously available.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
