Short Statement: The increase in burden hours was a result of the implementation of the Mulitclass Stripped Mortgage-Backed Securities program (SMBS). The Multiclass program now has three types of participants: REMIC, Platinum and SMBS. The previous collection of information was for two types of participants: REMIC and Platinum.
