Short Statement: The burden hours in this ICR have been adjusted due to re-calcualation of all the reporting requirements. The Commission is reporting a decrease in the number of responses/respondents, however, that is offset by the mathmatical corrections of each burden category in the supporting statement (item 12a through k).
